I've decided to start blogging about my rowing cakes.  I'll start with my first rowing cake for Wharton Sprints in April, 2013.

This was a 13" cake and I believe this was a chocolate pound cake with white chocolate cream cheese frosting.  White chocolate cream cheese frosting is now my favorite frosting.  It is both delicious and a PERFECT spreading consistency.
